Am I missing something… wasn’t he a crip? Isn’t that a gang? I mean to the mother who say her child isn’t a monster, how should a member of a gang be described?
The girl is definitely getting off with a light sentence. Grabbing a gun from the vehicle is definitely premeditated. If she was scared for her children, you would think after the initial abuse, she would leave him alone and certainly not leave her kids with him overnight.
I feel sorry for the children in this situation.
