Utah prosecutors showed video that an investigator said captured the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk last year in a sniper’s position on the roof of a university building from which the prominent conservative activist was shot.

The evidence was presented during the second day of a preliminary hearing in Provo, Utah, in which prosecutors are trying to convince District Court Judge Tony Graf to bring Tyler Robinson to trial.

    Didn’t mention the rifle….. This is all kinds of weird. They have no evidence of him shooting anything and they DO have evidence of a rogue bullet theory from another roof. This judge needs to lock the f in. What a mess 😥
