I remember my brother showing me this movie when I was like 7 years old..that movie made me hate clowns I couldn’t see one because this movie scared the living 💩 out of me lol…and I’m 34 now and I’m still scared of clowns 😂

This miniseries was the driving force of my later fandom to Stephen King novels.. was able to buy the first edition IT novel (with that classic cover) at a yard sale in the late 90s. Still treasure it. I was 8 years old in 1990 when this aired and it terrified me for a long long time. Tim Curry is the primary reason for that. He really doesn’t get as much credit as you’d think throughout his career.. a fantastic, and always memorable actor! 👌🏻
