Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy are all facing sentencing in connection to the killing of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio, who was gunned down in a Tampa hotel parking lot on June 23, 2024. Prosecutors say the rapper was cornered before three gunmen opened fire, killing him and injuring three others. The four defendants are each charged with first-degree premeditated murder, and their sentences will ultimately determine the consequences they face if convicted.

As a human I couldn’t be in a career field arguing that other human should die. It’s inhumane even if it’s a law. It’s sick af actually.

I was not the fence about it. But this type of crime is happening way too often. Something has to change. They took a life, why should they be able to keep theirs?

Such a good good good kid intelligent intellectual non violent business minded loving family never in trouble but went zero to 100 gang connected to a murderer. Actions speak louder than words. So smart and made dumb decisions.
This would all be necessary if he killed somebody out of fear or retaliation for doing something directly to him or a loved one woe defending himself. He out right planned a murder in detail with a team. Her. Wasn’t forced tricked or even paid.
