A friend of Naresh Bhatt and Mamta Kafle Bhatt spoke about the couple’s relationship while they were married until Mamta disappeared. The friend claimed that Mamta told her about several fights she and Naresh had, including that he allegedly had hit her and she had visible bruising. She also said that Mamta and Naresh fought about possible infidelity. Naresh is accused of killing and dismembering Mamta. Her body was never found.

Why is the judge so abrupt and hostile
The fact that the prosecutor cannot understand the witness, and the witness cannot understand the prosecutor is a HUGE disadvantage! At least the witness tries to understand the prosecutor, but the prosecutor just ignores the parts of the witness’ statements which she cannot understand. Important information is being missed. I’m going CRAZY sitting here and listening to it!! This is a travesty!
