What happened??
This is for people who may not know the back story. The soldier that is talking is the brother of Ashley Henning. She was murdered in 2023 by her husband Jordan Henning. He was sentenced to 20 years for manslaughter. The murder was caught on their house cameras. He is upset for the short sentence.

@Msgotabody01, okay I was wondering about that. Why the Warrent Officer, with no under shirt and name plate was so pissed. 7 combat tours, ya not someone I would want to piss off. Marine alone is bad enough, WO with 22 years,… he knows how to gut people with a #2 Pencil. I would be infuriated as well, they had video and the husband only gets 20 years for manslaughter. He better crawl under a rock when he gets out, otherwise Big Brother may “Click” and have a PTSD episode. Cheers!

I think this is the best testimony I’ve seen in a long time – both on the stand and in his victim impact statement. He kept it clean and classy, he just spoke the truth.
I think that was his sister that was murdered by her husband and they only convicted him for manslaughter..Which should have been 1st degree murder..
