Some alternative healing methods are useful – like yoga & tai chi & acupuncture & regular meditation practice. And aromatherapy can definitely help people relax. And none of these genuine therapies are extremely expensive.
But to say “there are no incurable diseases?” – that’s nothing but nonsense.
A lot of people lose a lot of money (and sometimes worse) to these scamming “alternative healers.”
And it’s hard to say “let the buyer beware ,” when a serious disease is making the person absolutely miserable. And these scam artists know that. They can smell desperation. They should rot in hell.
call me crazy but i think one really good way of ensuring you dont have fraud charges is actually to just not commit fraud
