Anthony Bourdain of No Reservations takes us on a brass-knuckled culinary tour of New York. He starts us off with amazing cured meats and cheese at Salumeria Rosi before heading to the distinguished Wakamba cocktail lounge. After a few beers to cleanse the palate, we end the night with one of the best pieces of meat we’ve ever had at Bourdain’s old base of operations, Brasserie Les Halles.

I liked Anthony and I liked Seagal when he first came out in movies. Since then he has made so much garbage and proven himself to be a total douchenozzle. All that being said, he would have folded Anthony like a cheap sweater.

Almost two decades later, we’re still captivated by you Tony😢 One detail from the episode, I’m wondering if the staff portraits in Mason jars was inspired by the art installation that was a “self collected” collection of urine samples in Mason jars. Food for thought

    And the best…

When I’m hungry, I like a good subway, healthy and tasty, I love southwest sauce! Emmanuel Ntezeyombi.

If Alton Brown is the soft uncle, Anthony Bourdain was the fiery uncle that hit you with a wooden spoon when no one was looking. My point being that you learned how to cook and life lessons from both. But Anthony also told you not to take lines off the bathroom toilet and come do it in the manager’s office like an adult.
Alton just told you about the germs. Lol

8:48 Weird how pushy he and earlier the bald guy were abt the camera guy drinking, A grown person Im sure knows if they wanna drink they realistically could but 1 thats unprofessional and 2 not everyone likes the feeling nor feels the need to escape like those who drink alot do. Feels reminiscent of growin up as a naive kid and the adults I would hang around would encourage me to drink and now that ive matured I realize it wasnt them bein friendly it was a case of misery loves company. They felt they needed it for whatever reason and didn’t like the fact someone was seeming to have a good time without drinking..

What always impresses me about Anthony is that he always made you feel like a friend even though you’re watching him while eating domino’s. How can I miss a guy I never met? Miss you Anthony!
