Season 4 of Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan’s anthology series explores what happens when a repressed Victorian-era spinster meets her breaking point. Charlie Hunnam, Rebecca Hall, Vicky Krieps and Sarah Paulson co-star. The real Lizzie Borden was tried and acquitted of slaughtering her father and stepmother with an axe in 1892. The crime remains unsolved.
