High school teacher Kianna Davis is set to face trial after being charged with murder in the 2020 death of 2-year-old Karter Ambrose. Prosecutors allege Davis and co-defendant Kiyon Benton beat the toddler with an unknown object, causing fatal injuries, including a lacerated liver, before failing to seek immediate medical care. Davis faces multiple murder, aggravated assault, and child cruelty charges.

Her story changed with each interview. At the police station, the first time she said he didn’t throw up on Sunday. Then she told them he threw up on her while she was cooking dinner at another point on Sunday. Later, she said there was nothing wrong with him until Sunday night. 🤷🏼♀️ Maybe her story keeps changing because she’s trying to cover for herself or the BF. Definitely a mistrial—ugh, not enough evidence. The police dropped the ball and failed that poor baby and his real father. Maybe they’ll charge the BF next? She’s believable during this interview – but what she’s saying now is different from before.
Trial I’ve seen where the defendant was “not guilty” – cried and was so relieved. Her nothing but head nodding like the jury “got it right” – if not guilty go after other party – I understand mistrial means she can be tried again BUT they don’t have enough evidence. Poor kiddo no justice – father no justice.

@deb-77dI know its so frustrating. Maybe if more people complain they will switch it. I even try to not look and just go to my watch list but you cant ignore the HUGE headlines. So stupid. Also what do you think about the misstrial.. Do u think they will retry her. I dont understand why they were so undisive.
Also side question because im curious- is she waring a wig this whole trial, because she seems more worried about her looks on the court cam then whats actually on trial? Am i reading her wrong? I watched so many trials and she is always looking at the court cam and fixing herself up! Did she forget her 2yr old died on her watch!!!

She definitely knows more about it than she’s saying as there’s no way a child of that age wouldn’t be in extreme pain with them injuries. Yes they’re might not be alot of evidence but she’s even admitted the child was in hers & the bf during the time period the injuries happened so if they didn’t do it then who did the invisible ghost or was someone else there aswell at the time that they don’t want to get in trouble 🤔
