Several officers who responded to the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk testified during Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing on Monday. Robinson is accused of fatally shooting Kirk in September 2025. One of the witnesses, a former Utah Valley University police officer, described what he saw after hearing the gunshot that killed Kirk. He also testified that investigators did not find any shell casings on the rooftop where prosecutors allege Robinson fired the fatal shot.

This man is getting inadequate representation.
Someone needs to analyze the statements made by the witness on direction of sound. This person claims he heard something when casings were found elsewhere.
There is a massive amount of reasonable doubt which is probably why the prosecution subverted the grand jury.
And also its convenient his bodycam stopped working when he got on that building 😮

Because it was a bolt action rifle, and he only took one shot, and he didn’t want to take the time to eject it or leave any evidence behind, though in his hurry to leave he did leave his screw driver behind that he used to assemble the rifle on the roof! Please stop using sensational titles that plant seeds of conspiracy theories and feed into lunatics like Candace Owens and her totally unsubstantiated claims.
