Note that PE buy out most, if not all HVAC/plumbing/electrical businesses in an area, effectively creating a monopoly, which allows them to jack up prices to levels a normal market with competing small business would never be able to reach.
This is by far the lowest budget video from Forbes ive seen. Good listen, but it was tough watch.

Who put this article together? So the main character bought the business from a 45 year-old. A millennial bought it from a millennial!!!! “it is a classic baby boomer run business”… but it was ran by a millennial sold to a millennial. Might want to proofread your script before sending it.
