@OliviaNotFound-0q0 Well, what we could do is have separate worlds: Man World and Woman World. Re-propagation of the species could be handled by AI and advanced robots that manage and optimize the gene pool. This way the human race can continue via ectogenesis so no more need for the emotional labor of giving birth. Raising children would be done by the AI because as we know parenting can increase both anxiety and PTSD, and we want to avoid that. We could completely eliminate all possible instances of harassment, awkwardness or other icky feelings. Harassment would be totally extinct; it is a system that could work for everyone.
