I hate it when experts won’t speak the common language with common words. “Congestion.” Yes, good to explain what that means but you can also describe what that looks like. Does it mean swelling? Redness? Browness? Blueness? Blotchiness? Something else? What does this “congestion” look like so that people can understand. This expert is more intent on proving how smart, razor sharp and educated she is than on communicating to ordinary people what she found. Her make up and appearance say the same thing, “look at me.” In my profession, I always used common language along with the tech and professional jargon even when talking to other experts. It was much appreciated.

I knew it was horrible. But I didn’t realize it was so bad that they showed no photos, I have never seen that. I’m sure it’s happened but… at least the family was spared that. Heartbreaking, I can’t even begin to imagine that pain.
