A former property manager testified that Naresh Bhatt was a resident at a Falls Church, Virginia, apartment complex and identified him in surveillance footage from July 30 and 31, 2024. The videos appear to show Bhatt arriving in a blue vehicle and throwing bags of trash into the complex’s trash compactor. The witness said police contacted her in August 2024 seeking footage from those dates, and she provided recordings from the property’s security cameras. She also testified that the camera timestamps could be off by one or two hours, though the dates were accurate.

Why does this disstrict/assis attorney seem to be so disorganised, and require consistent guidance from the judge.??? Even the disstrict attorney aswell the amount of unnecessary and repeated questions is just ridiculous….he must’ve trained Miss Williams … I have never seen anything like it.. it’s just a mess.
Another Nepali couple in Canada, husband beat the wife to literally dead, was in coma and survived. I think the kids in the house called for help.the husband ran away and killed himself by standing in front of incoming truck.

Those bags are small but appear quite heavy. That doesn’t look like ordinary trash to me. When you connect all the available evidence, it’s easy to see why many people find the prosecution’s theory convincing.
Why in the world would they waste so much time staring at parked cars?? Makes no sense. Speed it up to whatever the point is. Bet the Jury was silently praying for fast forward.
The prosecutor asks the dumbest questions. What is he doing? As if we can’t see him tossing bags of trash.
