I love this show but the mystery to me is how they do what they do for such a small amount of $$. Here in the real world, if I need a new kitchen, that’s $40-50,000. On MCM, the owners say 12-weeks and we have $45,000. For that they get the place jacked and leveled, new siding, new windows, a new screened in porch, new deck, new French doors, new roof. Inside its new wiring, a new kitchen and bathroom, new sleeping loft, fully insulated and new wall material. Probably new floors. And then Asley fills the whole place with beautiful furniture and accessories. Maybe this is because it’s ‘TV land’ but seems a bit unreal.
I’m watching cabin Masters right now. It is season 12 episode six where one of them said Texas chili doesn’t have beans. I have a board and raised in Texas and we always put two kinds of beans in our chili, pinto and kidney beans.
