Looking Back at Fed Chair Powell’s Legacy

Jerome Powell’s term as Federal Reserve Chair ends on May 15, but he is not leaving completely. Powell says he’ll stay on as a governor “for a period of time to be determined.” President Donald Trump has been calling on him to leave for months and for being “too late” in cutting rates.
