the defense attorney does nothing but play ring around the roses…..they just need to sit down because they already know that he is defenseless even with them there and honestly, I don’t think they know the true meaning of “hear say” especially when it being called over something that is relevant to the question being asked. I understand they have a job to do, but for goodness sake, have some common sense! I sure wouldn’t want them as my lawyer! 🙄

I know eye for an eye makes everyone blind, but maybe the USA should try giving the exact same punishment as the crime. Death row isn’t doing anything so go back to the era where the victim’s family, friend and communities did the same thing to each criminal. The only rights America seems to want to protect, to go out of their way to protect, is that of the criminal. How does it make sense that he can plead guilty, have EVERYTHING ON video and audio, lie after lie to save himself, and yet every witness is put on trial themselves and the defense can object left right and centre to evidence that the criminal has pled guilty about?
