I have to say, the Defense team is 💯 times more sensitive about showing autopsy photos because of the families being in the gallery, and l ♥️ them for that! When the Prosecutor was getting ready to show 2 autopsy photos, one of the Defense attorneys (off camera) interrupted the Prosecutor to ask the Judge if he would give a warning to the people in the gallery, so that they had a chance to leave if they wanted to before the photos were shown. True to the Prosecutor’s nature, he interrupts, I believe it was Attorney Goss, when he realizes that Goss would come across more thoughtful than he would, specifically to the family members, so that he could add in a few words at the end, as though he was also thinking of the family. 🙄 The Prosecutor, who obviously has a closer relationship with the family members of the victims, much more than the Defense team, and who you would think would be the one thinking of the family’s feelings, didn’t even think to ask the Judge to give a warning, so they would have been shocked by the autopsy photos! 🤦🏾♀️😡
Timestamp ( 6:10:48 ) 😤
I have grown to strongly dislike the Prosecution team and really like the Defense team for many different reasons….One of which is that they’re just superior attorneys! 🤷🏽♀️😏
This Judge is starting to get on my nerves! 😤 I don’t like how he has continued to rush the Defense, twice now, when they are trying to cross-examine the State’s witnesses! The last time he put a 7-minute time limit on them! 🙄🤬
I’m not trying to be a d*ck but a couple of weeks of training here and there doesn’t make you an expert. As a retired Trooper myself we only had two days of qualifying out in the field and maybe one day of firearm training during in-service. I became more efficient in firearms training after I left DPS and two days of active shooting school also doesn’t make you an expert. They all failed in my opinion due to lack of proper and in depth training.
First i want to say im sorry to all the families who lost their babies in this horrible tragedy… second of all imagine police showing up listening to a semi automatic going off non stop if they walked in they would have been shot dead more than likely even with vests yes they waited 2 long i agree i know how the parents must feel these teachers need to be trained better schools need to do better i wish this teacher would have checked that lock 😢 poor man lost his whole class
Love the music playing during lunch break….does anyone know who deserves credit for the amazing music?.
The thought of those kids all under that long table witnessing their teacher get shot, then the shooter just shooting all of them in a row 💔
