There is zero, none, nada equivalency in President Biden directing the Department of Justice to do anything, especially in relation to the January 6th insurrectionists. This claim that Biden weaponized the Department of Justice is just an outright lie that cannot be substantiated by any FACTUAL information. The DOJ operates on a longstanding principle of independence from presidential influence, a standard reinforced after the Watergate era to ensure that legal judgments are impartial and free from partisan considerations. In reality, the investigation into the January 6th attack began during the final days of the Trump administration, when the acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia announced that those who broke the law would be held accountable. These investigations were conducted by career federal prosecutors and agents who reviewed thousands of hours of evidence to build individual cases based on professional standards, not White House directives.
The narrative that the Biden administration weaponized the Department of Justice to target political enemies is a partisan fantasy that lacks supporting evidence. In stark contrast, documented actions under the current administration include the systemic purging of career civil servants, the firing of inspectors general, and the explicit launch of a Weaponization Working Group specifically designed to investigate and potentially punish political opponents. While the Trump administration has taken active steps to exert control over the justice system, such as creating funds to compensate those convicted of crimes and moving to dismiss seditious conspiracy cases, the Biden administration adhered to institutional norms that insulate the Department of Justice from political interference. If any evidence existed Republicans would have been screaming it from the rooftops, talking about it daily on every conservative media outlet and posting it all over every social media outlet. It does not exist or we would be hearing about it at nauseam and not just the baseless fact free accusation you and other Republicans make every day to distract from what the Trump administration has done to use the Constitution for toilet paper every day.

But I would say we don’t need more laws! We are 250 years old and our founders had no problem with stoping criminal illegals from coming to America ! They rounded them up or if they committed crimes esp violent crimes they executed them! What we need to do is return to the education of our children at the kindergarten level thru the rest of their educational life! That criminal entry into America is a crime! It is never winked at!
