President Trump. My young 19 year old brother has full mutation fragile x syndrome. He has now had 2 seizures in recent years with the most recent resulting in him slamming his eye into the corner of a wooden entertainment center breaking his nose and resulting in a murder scene like environment with the amount of blood he lost and the size of the cut over his eye. Medicaid refuses to pick up his insurance and for ONE emergency dose of anti seizure medication is almost $1,000, which we cannot afford. My mother cannot work as she has to care for him 24/7 as he cannot care for himself, and the state of Louisiana is cutting off her support for taking care of him. Brendan brings so much joy and love to everyone he interacts with and is starting his final year as a senior in high school (second time) and the prices in stores, just to get supplies, food, EVERYTHING is the most expensive it has EVER been in the history of this country. Please let our fellow humans who are abundant with physical money to understand that our mindsets are very different, the things we face everyday are very different, while very alike. I work full time caring for dogs I am working from my passion but for a biweekly check of 800 or less I can’t even afford to live in my own place LET ALONE pay rent, utilities, food, medicine….the ones who contribute the MOST to our society are seemingly the MOST restricted in our options of simple human living, which should be free to all.
It’s time for oneness, togetherness, and the truth of our true nature be brought to light.
