Just a few questions but did Erika Kirk really make a quote that Charlie being murdered was a part of God’s plan? Also I read that Erika mentioned that Charlie had been getting alot of death threats and that she wanted him tp wear a bullet proof vest and possibly sit behind bulletproof glass but if everyone in Charlie’s circle was so worried, why wasnt there security detail surrounding the roof tops to make sure things were good and or even drones keeping an eye on things? Too many unanswered questions. I loved Charlie Kirk and loved what he did trying to get people to communicate more through open debate as opposed to violence but I just do not believe Tyler did this alone nor do I believe he could shoot someone 200 yards away. I pray the truth comes out and I pray my instincts are wrong.
The so called legal contributors at Fox News can’t seriously think this is a slam dunk case. None of the evidence shown so far makes anyone believe within a reasonable doubt that TR killed CK! To many people left out of being questioned. Initially Lance didn’t not think that it was TR was the person in those images until he was coached to say that “well the last two pic look like him”. Then the evidence of the bullet fragments don’t match his gun and 3 bullet fragments are missing. NONE OF THE PICs are a clear shot of TR or a reasonable doubt it’s him and the time line of when and where he was is F’d up and the time stamps of the text msgs are BS. Plus, Lance should have been present this week, IN PERSON so he could be crossed examined. The media talks about TR’s body language while Lance was speaking and how uncomfortable TR appeared. I think he was uncomfortable because he was pissed off the Fed slop that was being presented by his lover! Then the fact TR was 3 hours away eating at a steak house with proof by credit card receipt and employees that confirmed it was him with camera footage that later went missing. The credit card company alone could help prove this. TR could have been involved but did not kill CK. My belief is the Lance was on campus that day as well which explains the LONG timeframe of NO text msg between the two. Also, if TR confessed to his parent, why didn’t the they get crossed examined this week?Hopefully the judge makes the right decision so we can find out who all assisted in CK’s assassination!The evidence so far is no where near enough to put TR to death or spend the rest of his life in prison! Come on Fox Legal beagles, let’s get it right or be fair and balanced! This case really stinks so far.
