😱 It’s so idiotic & annoying that the defence attorney asks every single prosecution witness, including the 911 call operator, ” so you were not in the apartment on August 6th 2023 at 2.47am” & “so you were not able to see the person who pulled the trigger of the gun that killed Saria hilderbrand, were you”. I wonder if it’s annoying the jury as well 🤔
She heard that line somewhere (probably on a TV show) and thought it sounded sooooo cooooooool!!!!

That is exactly what I said. The only logical thing I can think of is the consistent reference to pushing reasonable doubt. Not logical in most minds, but maybe hers. Makes no sense and it’s having the exact opposite effect with the witness’s surprised response at the question.
