Lindsay Clancy, who is charged with murder in the deaths of her three young children in their home, attended her final pre-trial hearing. At the hearing, Judge William Sullivan denied Clancy’s defense’s motion to call witnesses to the stand who have personal experience with postpartum psychosis. In denying the motion, Judge Sullivan said it would create multiple trials within a trial to allow those women to testify.

Stay away from psych drugs people. This is what happens when you let psychiatrist stir your brain with their pills that they make money off of it’s totally known that these drugs cause all kinds of crap, including homicides and suicides look up mad in America and all the deaths that have taken place because of psychiatric drugs
If the defence is so concerned about the jury, why not choose a trial before a judge only? Was this an option in this case? I think that would be wise in this case.
I don’t understand why they are going with 18 jurors. It hard enough to get 12 to unanimously agree let alone 18. I just hope they can find 18 jurors who will decide based on the facts rather than emotions. The husband needs to be on trial as well. I bet he was in on it from the beginning.
I can’t look at her and not feel anger or disgust. Imagining that her three children were not understanding why mom was hurting them and killing them. The struggle to survive is something natural and she had her hands on them until the last breath, the last body movement. It is diabolical.

So when are they going to tell the public clearly what she did to the 2 older children before the bands.
She’s sick alright and her ex husband had moved on after losing 3 kids and a wife.
