Before potential jurors entered the courtroom Monday in the case against Lindsay Clancy, the judge heard arguments over a Commonwealth motion to exclude the defense’s undisclosed expert witnesses. Prosecutors argued the experts were disclosed at the last minute, leaving the state without enough time to prepare. The judge ultimately granted the Commonwealth’s motion, ruling that the undisclosed expert witnesses will be excluded. Clancy is set to go on trial later this week in connection with the deaths of her three children at their Massachusetts home in January 2023.
