If there were a bear or rabid dog attacking and killing humans, it would naturally be hunted and disposed of. If we really want to treat life as sacred then these human predators need to be disposed of in the same way, for the safety of society.

You would think that release requirements and parole boards would have to heavily weigh prior re-offending, repeated criminal behavior after previous releases much more than words and promises or good behavior in prison.
