Matthew Exton was confronted about his outbursts after the state’s closing arguments ended on Friday. Exton expressed his frustration with the state’s arguments and asked for a judgment of acquittal. The prosecutor then accused the lawyer of using his fingers as a gun and pointing them at him. Exton was warned about further outbursts and was eventually kicked out during the state’s rebuttal.
