Oh it’s coming in part two(as stated in the video), don’t worry. Have you actually looked into it yourself or did you just take his word? Go back and look at my past videos where he made 4-5 response videos and changed them each time. Or the medical report he ignored that showed tearing in places there should not have been tearing. Ben’s consistent method of discrediting victims by insisting they’re insane makes no sense.
When you discredit a victim, you’re implying that they’re lying. Even though incels like to pretend that victims are automatically believed and everyone fawns over them, that’s not the case, and jury selection will seek to eliminate people with that biased mindset. You have to convince the jury/judge that this victim is lying for some sort of specific benefit that is more plausible than simply seeking justice for their assault. People are more likely to believe someone who has understandable motivations.
Research has shown that people are more likely to let you step in front of them in line if you give them ANY reason. “I’m late” and “It’s my cat’s birthday” have similar success rates, even though one is complete nonsense.
Discrediting an adult woman by calling her insane is a bad idea, but discrediting a CHILD by explaining how she’s unstable is even worse.
