Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, Kroy Jr. (known as KJ), was arrested on sex crime charges, including aggravated sodomy and sexual battery. The alleged incident between KJ and a female classmate occurred in April, when they were hanging out in a co-ed sauna at a local gym. The girl reportedly alleges KJ made sexual advances towards her, which she refused, but he forced her into lewd conduct. She was later examined by doctors at a local hospital, but they found no evidence of male DNA in her body. After an investigation by authorities, police took KJ into custody on Aug. 17, where he remains. His hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1. KJ’s lawyer tells ET in statement, the teen is ‘100% innocent’ and calls the ‘false allegations’ a ‘desperate cry for attention.’

My Heart❤️ goes out to all parties involved, but I will say KJ was exposed to too much in his household, he should have had counseling, for that matter all those children should’ve gotten some type of therapy after that horrible divorce. They have clearly sabotage their children’s lives,my prayer prayers for all the parties involved. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy to see my child going through something like this.
