You know in some countries they would have shot these people by now.
an appeal does not claim innocent or not innocent. the appeal deals with legal errors. The result would be a new trial. Rashbaum has been proved to be a legal bafoon.
This woman may be many things but she certainly is not innocent in regard to Dan Markel’s murder.
