Karen Read Judge Blasts Attorneys Over ‘Leaked’ Medical Records

This judge is so frustrating. Wasting everyone’s time again and again and then chastising lawyers for how long things are taking. This whole hearing was RIDICULOUS. He doesn’t even know how the poster knows about whatever he posted — just assuming someone leaked something. And his response to extremely mild criticism in Read’s opposition is that of a *child.* Never have I appeared before such an infuriating judge in my jurisdiction, thank god.

What this judge does not seem to realize is that Turtleboy’s tweet was posted at 14:52 UTC which is 10:52 local time. Three and a half hours before the medical documents were submitted to court. TB had already reported on this 2 days before that, he had heard about Proctor signing in to a mental hospital from a friend of Elizabeth, his wife. So there clearly was no ‘leak’ based on any documents, just rumor in Canton. All this judge does is draw enormous attention to something innocuous, invoking the Streisand effect. But at least the judge got his 15 minutes of fame on social media.

Why is Alan Jackson there? This is a civil case. Isn’t he a criminal lawyer?

Another clueless judge full of himself. Should be reported to the bar for making totally baseless accusations against personally named attorneys. Should be disrobed, disbarred, disposed of.
