Closing arguments in the penalty phase of the trial against Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy began on Thursday. The four men face potential death sentences after being convicted of killing rising Jacksonville rapper Charles Jones, known as Julio Foolio. The state argued the defendants deserve the death sentence because they stalked, hunted, and murdered Julio Foolio in a coordinated attack, while the defense argued that life in prison is a just punishment.
