A funeral was held in Tehran for former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was killed in U.S. strikes in February. The ceremony took place nearly six months after his death. Despite becoming Iran’s new leader, Khamenei’s son did not attend the funeral. Jonathan Conricus of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies weighs in.

Why did USA NOT FINISH THE JOB. ALWAYS PULLING OUT TO EARLY. NO EXCUSES.
That’s a lot of people who want revenge on the TRUMPS!
America is harboring a lot of low life evil people and fox love to hijack and propagandize the minds of the weak. Sad puppies out here
Hence Fox News is not showing the presence of millions Iranian people in the funeral.
We are delaying while we get arms to the people and Kurds get into position. We can’t run regime takeover- they have to.
Low attendance ?! Yall put out your point of views but never the real news. We are witnessing about 100 world leader delegation including the UAE leaders who showed up to the funeral without an invitation. So really, what are you guys talking about low attendance.
Problem Posting some FACTS MODERATOR: The irony is beyond the pale. We celebrate our Birthday, while Iran buries the leader we killed. We screwed up again with overreach, incompetence and bluster. Instead of taking advantage of this, we blew up the best hope we had for accomplishing what we wanted to do. By killing the one guy who was religiously obligated NOT to build a nuke, we’ve effectively cleared the field for the radicals who have no such vow. Since the February 2026 strikes, the internal brake is gone. The new leadership’s narrative is simple: the vow didn’t stop a missile from hitting the Supreme Leader, so only a nuclear deterrent will protect the nation now. The Fact that people conveniently ignore is the Nuclear Fatwa. For over 20 years, Ayatollah Khamenei maintained a binding religious decree stating that nuclear weapons were forbidden (haram) under Islamic law because they are “indiscriminate killers”. Whether you liked the man or not, that vow was a strategic brake on their program. President Obama recognized it in 2015, and even as late as early 2026 the administrations DNI confirmed that fatwa remained the official policy of the Iranian leadership.
We spent billions in taxpayer money on Operation Epic Fury to stop a program that was already being held back by their own theology. Now, we’re facing a successor with zero interest in restraint and a uranium stockpile that has only grown since 2018 when the deal was shredded. We didn’t make the world safer; we just removed the only person who had a religious reason to say no to the bomb. Now the bill is coming due in blood, treasure, and $4.00 a gallon gas. Facts Matter. But hey, I guess the apocalypse talk is more entertaining than actually looking at the Facts.

US murdering must stop
We need an independence day from “our greatest ally”…
They chose July 4th to do this like we all were going to tune up instead of celebrating our 250th anniversary.
THEY ARE ALREADY DEAD, BUT THEY DONT KNOW IT YET…
And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall [n]break in pieces and [o]consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.
Blessed are the meek,
For they shall inherit the [a]earth. 6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
For they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful,
For they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they shall be called sons of God (Matthew 5:5-9 NKJV).
Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 7:12 NKJV).
Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets ” (Matthew 22:37-40).
The fundamental global problem is a clash of conflicting core beliefs. Secularists are guided by an ideology rooted in materialism and evolution, while politically active Islamic extremists believe paradise awaits those who die fighting infidels. Meanwhile, the West is driven by fluctuating, short-term economic and political interests. True world peace remains impossible as long as nations rely solely on secularism. Instead, global stability requires New Testament theology, as set forth in Matthew 22:37–40.
It will be impossible for Iran to achieve peace or true prosperity as long as those who believe in these teachings are not free to establish houses of worship and share them with all Iranians.
Did anybody check IF the bodies of the father and his son are probably all inside that one coffin?
Look at the size of those crowds. Much bigger than Trump’s 4th July pathetic failure.
