Sean Gathright, who was one of four men convicted in Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio’s murder, takes the stand in the penalty phase of his trial. Gathright addressed the court, saying, “I’m not here to dispute anything. I’m just here to be a man and take responsibility.” Gathright faces a potential death sentence in the killing of the rising rap star, who was killed as part of an ongoing gang war.
