The bigger pieces of the moon have a good chance of hitting the Earth. If that happens, it will make the extinction of the dinosaurs look like a warm up exercise. It will send us into another ice age. Not that we’ll be alive to see it.

The moon slowly moving away is proof we collidded with another planet billions of years ago. Because if it was an object earth captured then it would be moving inwards slowly. An astroid cant redirect somethig as big as the moon. We are very lucky.

I really like the realistic practicality of this video. It does a good job of showing/explaining what would actually happen in such a scenario, unlike many other YouTube videos which would overly sensationalize it. In other words, I feel like this is more scientifically accurate. Good job!
