Meet Alicia Scott, the CEO and Founder of Range Beauty ! She created the makeup line with a focus on people who experience eczema and acne. Alicia found that other black women shared her pain and frustrations with the makeup industry and aspired to make change. Her and her business merged inclusive makeup with natural skincare providing hydrating, clean, and underrepresented tones to their customers. ✊🏿✊🏾 ✊🏽 ✊🏼
