Please bring back eating foods around the world !!
I’m in my late 20’s, and there are some foods that are just too textured for me (mushrooms). I blend or finely chop them and add them to the food that I eat as an adult, so I eat nutritious food but can’t taste the texture of the vegetables- it works so well, and I eat mushrooms now. I’ll start trying to add spinach into eggs and turn them green and use that for kids as well, that’s brilliant! With zucchinis, I’ve found just straight boiling and blending it, then freezing cubes and adding them to meals, works really well and is undetectable in curries and many foods you make, and no added taste, but sometimes helps to thicken food. Love these videos, it gives me so many ideas for my food, but also cooking and adding vegetables secretly for a family. Love your videos, please make more!
U may have a chef in future, Jackson is getting too good at figuring tastes
Also a good way to sneak zucchini in food: meatbals. I personally love chicken meatballs with zucchini, feta, onion and dill!
my favorite Alfredo sauce is pumpkin fettuccine Alfredo, it tastes so delicious and you don’t taste any pumpkin, but it adds good nutrition
17:37 I love how Jackson is like you tricked enough times already mama lol
Next time make zucchini muffins or brownies. My mom would make these a bunch! Just make sure you drain out the excess water, because they would have a cakey texture, or just make a chocolate zucchini cake
