Pamela Smart, who was sentenced to life in prison for plotting her husband’s murder with her teenage lover, virtually attended a hearing on Monday. Smart is seeking a new trial with the hopes of overturning her conviction for orchestrating Gregory Smart’s 1990 murder. Smart’s attorneys filed the petition in January, claiming several constitutional violations. The judge will take Smart’s petition under advisement and should have a decision within 30-60 days.

All these YouTube clips that say she finally admitted fault.
    BS.

She admits she had an affair and in 30 years she still admits ONLY to affair.

She plotted and needs to ‘fess up!

She admitted to affair in first trial!

All that changed is in first trial, she claims ‘an affair is not a cause of murder!’
Now she admits, her affair, MAY have led to her husband’s death. 😢

    That is not a confession!

Stay another 30 years until you admit your murderousness.😮

I agree they should of not had transcript. Jury was told what to hear. They should have listened and heard what they did or did not hear. If prosecutors could put in a transcript then The defense should have entered a transcript of what they heard. It was a mistake in trial. Not saying a new trial will come to different outcome but she should get another trial. Those kids were manipulated by her and the prosecution to save themselves. Imo
