It’s official: There are now more fat people than skinny people in the world. Obesity is the most significant health crisis on the planet. For the first time in history, children are facing shorter lives than their parents.

Over the last 35 years, obesity rates have more than doubled, leading to a massive and rapid increase in heart disease, kidney problems, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes. How did we go from obesity rates of 9% to 30% in less than a generation?

Presented by overweight and diabetic Chef Simon Gault, this documentary examines the science behind a re-examination of traditionally accepted health advice and the emergence of new evidence that makes sense of the looming health problems we face. Gault talks to experts from around the world and allows himself to be a human guinea pig to improve his own health.

I mean it’s pretty easy to go around and film a bunch of fat fuks and say “everyones a big fat slob”. But this is quite honestly personal choice. If you have access to soda and fast food, you have access to fresh produce and good nutrients. No fukn excuse besides the consumer. Next.

FDA has been lying to us for a long time. They’ve allowed excitotoxins to be added to our food supply, considering it generally safe, when in fact it isn’t.
The Asian excitotoxin known as MSG (monosodium glutamate – C₅H₈NO₄Na) builds up in the body causing GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and eventually causes thyroid cancer.
Once the thyroid is compromised, metabolism becomes uncontrollable, hormone levels become unbalanced, and obesity ensues.

Ok, now that this health problem with sugar is known, legislation of some sort is needed. And people can be more informed.

My NEW doctor taught me about nutrition. Put me on Carnivore diet. Lost 35 lbs in 60 days.
My NEW doctor lost 120 lbs. He will not prescribe Ozempic or any other fat drug. He teaches you how to eat so you HEAL.
Your doctor is either a healer or a dealer.
Several classmates who were obese went on Carnivore and are now healthy.
Everything you’ve been told about the food pyramid is a lie. Meat is medicine. Eggs are the perfect food. Eat the fat on your ribeye steaks! Bacon is good for you. Butter! All you want.
Statin drugs, cholesterol is a huge money maker for Big Pharma.
