I agree Fábrica de Nata had the best pastéis de nata! 😋😋😋 Your 3-day itinerary is spot on for the best area highlights! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I would suggest going to Peña Palace as early as possible to minimize crowds and then walk downhill to the Moorish Castle. Definitely buy your tickets online, as there is 2 long lines (for buying your ticket and then an even longer line even though it was timed entry and this was in late September). The Moorish castle is most definitely worth a visit!

I stayed 3 days and 4 nights in Lisbon in late April. Really loved the city. People are friendly and warm. Next time I plan to visit Porto.
