I have been a trauma surgeon for 30 years and I have never been a fan of any medical shows. But I have to admit that this one is completely different. It is the most accurate medical show I have ever watched. They are clearly consulting some very good physicians for the show who know their stuff and have kept all the treatments very up to date. Bravo to the writers, producers and the actors. I certainly feel every emotion. My training at Grady hospital in Atlanta was exactly that. Complete chaos and yet an orchestra! It’s hard to explain but I know that my colleagues understand. Love the show. It deserves all the awards that it’s receiving. Noah Wyles is spectacular on this show. Bravo

❤❤Dear members of the cast of *The Pitt*,

It is with great enthusiasm that I address you all, as you stand on the precipice of potentially achieving the kind of fame akin to that of *Grey’s Anatomy*. I am referring to a level of celebrity that goes far beyond mere recognition. This esteemed status could extend for twenty seasons or more, much like the iconic medical drama.

*The Pitt* has successfully redefined the conventions of its genre, compelling viewers to rethink their expectations of storytelling in the medical drama realm. Your collective performances have captivated audiences and established a unique narrative that resonates deeply across demographic lines. In doing so, *The Pitt* has surpassed its competitors, including long-standing shows such as *ER*, *Grey’s Anatomy*, *Chicago Med*, *The Resident*, and *Chicago Hope*. These revered programs, once beacons of medical storytelling, now find themselves overshadowed by the innovative and daring approach that *The Pitt* embodies.

It would be a disservice to the creative and imaginative strides your series has made if Cinemax and HBO fail to recognize the extraordinary value and potential of this groundbreaking show. They must grant *The Pitt* the opportunity to flourish over at least five to ten seasons, thereby allowing you, the talented ensemble cast, to fully explore the myriad storylines and character developments that could emerge from such a rich narrative tapestry. The anticipation surrounding *The Pitt* is not merely a fleeting moment in television history; it represents a monumental shift that should not go unnoticed or unrewarded.

In essence, the future is bright, and the path forward appears promising for *The Pitt*. Let us hope that those in positions of power will acknowledge the brilliance of this series and allow it to enjoy the success it rightfully deserves.

It’s so weird to find out three of these docs have English accents in real life & Dana actually has no accent in real life. LOL.

The thing I love most about this show is that though everyone is quite attractive, they’re not done up with a load of makeup with perfect hair. They LOOK like they work in a hospital.
