The music on the trailer doesn’t represent the film, this film I thought was a cinematic masterpiece and caught the British summertime perfectly

Man, this trailer gets the tone of the movie so wrong. The movie is quiet, bleak and melancholic, but this trailer makes it look like such a lively action-packed adventure movie. It isn’t. It’s depressing, it’s sad, and it is also gorgeous to look at.
But I guess some suits somewhere decided that if the trailer didn’t have enough action, the kids won’t go watch it, or some bullshit like that.
