Drone video captured emergency crews rescuing people aboard a hot air balloon that had hit a cell phone tower in Longview, Texas on February 28. Emergency crews were deployed to bring the two people on board the balloon to safety.

Happens every damn year…last year two of them landed on the loop in traffic! It was during the 9 am rush too. But Longview will always have the balloon races no matter what
