An investigation into the deaths of two children found shot to death inside their home in a small Tennessee town took a turn after their mother was indicted for first-degree murder. Investigators believed that the mother was a victim in the tragedy. FOX13 recently went to Kenton, Tenn., to get reaction from neighbors.
