Nick and Rachel Vanoven are settling into their 1900s Queen Anne Victorian in the small town of Brookville, Indiana. After completing their interior renovations, they’re ready to restore and update the home’s impressive, but weathered, exterior.
Designers, builders and old-home enthusiasts in small towns and big cities across America reimagine and transform abandoned structures by preserving their historical integrity while giving them new purpose.

The house 🏠 is beautiful I loves Queen Anne and Victorian and Tudor 🏘️ houses.
It looks like a 🎎 doll house
Wow! Such a beautiful house! It so wonderful that you all were willing to take on a such a
huge undertaking. Wonderful job👏
That attic space is amazing
OMG I can’t watch that ladder work. Doesn’t look like they were tied off. 🫣
Nick and the builder team are quite impressive. They really pull it off in practical ways. Not impressed with Rachel’s choices though. They don’t complement the history of the house, especially that kitchen and 3rd floor terrace with fake plants everywhere.
Beautiful
Where this house in Indiana ???
