    Now apply everything I’ve said from August 24, 2022, to present day plus what’s in the Midnight Rider Rides Again, 1 and 2, #1 Best Sellers for a reason…

    With my SUMMARY post from earlier today before these by PDJT and Supreme Commander.

    The 3 Branches of Government were established to operate separately in their sequence.

    Legislative: write and pass Laws.

    Executive: enforce Laws.

    Judicial: interpret Laws.

    The Legislative and Executive are voted in by ‘we the people.’

    The Judicial are nominated by the President (Executive) and confirmed by the Senate (Legislative).

    Therefore when the Judges rule against the Executive and Legislative, they are not doing the will of the people.

    There’s another new video floating around of Democrats telling members of the Military to disobey orders.

    They are all Military Industrial Complex veterans and former CIA, etc.

    One, none of this is real time. Every aspect of this is in the 45 ——— 47 Strategic Plan and Special Operations.

    Two, this PLUS “Obama” flapping more on social media (all optics and strategic) plus Hakeem Jeffries, Bill Clinton, and JB Pritzer ties to Epstein…

    Is ALL part of the build up and setting the stage.

    Obstruction of Justice is already punishable via regular government terms.

    Obstruction of a Military Operation in a clear Military Occupation and COG by persuading another service member to disobey a lawful order is a crime.

    That’s Solicitation of a non-commissioned officer to desert or mutiny.

    Found in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (Military Law).

    How to know a LAWFUL Order requires knowing the LAWS that have been legislated by the Military and Congress.

    The Supreme Court ruled PDJT can invoke and enforce the 1798 Aliens Act, which is for Wartime only.

    Joint Publication 3-57 (first published in 1995), page 46, specifically says: “Per the Posse Comitatus Act and DOD regulations, the US is generally prohibited from employing Title 10, USC, DOD forces to provide direct military involvement to enforce the law of the US unless expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress.”

    US is GENERALLY prohibited from employing Title 10, USC, DOD forces to provide direct military involvement to enforce the law.

    Title 10 = Presidential.

    UNLESS…

    Expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress.

    PDJT said a week or so back he doesn’t need to declare a war on Venezuela.

    That’s because a Democratic controlled House and Republican Senate passed the NDAA of 2020 that includes Section 1550 that’s been temporarily RECORDED in the War Powers Resolution Act of 1973 that EVERY SINGLE OPERATION is covered by.

    “Not later than 180 days after December 20, 2019, and every 180 days thereafter, the President shall submit to the congressional defense committees, the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on actions taken pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40) against those countries or organizations described in such law, as well as any actions taken to command, coordinate, participate in the movement of, or accompany the regular or irregular military forces of any foreign country or government when such forces are engaged in hostilities or in situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, during the preceding 180-day period.”

    Irregular Military Forces = armed groups that are not part of a country’s conventional, state-run military and that use unconventional tactics, meaning outside of regular military.

    These forces can include guerrillas, insurgents, militias, and militants, often operating through small, independent formations and engaging in surprise attacks, sabotage, and harassment to challenge larger military forces.

    They are often ideologically, religiously, or politically motivated and can operate as part of irregular warfare, which seeks to achieve policy objectives through indirect means.

    The first 180 days PDJT FEDERALIZED 1 Million Reserve Components.

    @Jorge-p2x2q

    Senator Mark Kelly falls under the UCMJ not the US Constitution under the 1st amendment since he’s still a member of the Military and swore an oath to defend and protect that vary same document he swore an oath to protect, by saying what he said about defying military orders from the Commander in Chief regardless of who that is. He doesn’t get preferential treatment because he’s a democratic socialist communist, he will stand trial in a military tribunal outside the scope of the Supreme court because this already written in the Laws and orders of the Uniform Court of Military Justice and is actionable as a courts-martial and not in the conventional court way, sorry, you swore an oath to defend the United States when joining the Military and saying what he said violated that oath and just because you don’t like the Commander in Chief doesn’t give you special powers to say what you said and get away with it.

    @CatherineSTodd

    To the point: “Refusing illegal orders” is written in the military members TRAINING MANUAL. Simple enough. No one can PROSECUTE another for repeating what the LAW IS. Kegsbreath needs to be put in jail for trying make military members break the law!

    @CatherineSTodd

    This is NOT a question of “free speech.” This is REPEATING THE LAW and the words in the MILITARY TRAINING MANUAL. You MUST REFUSE ILLEGAL ORDERS.

    @CatherineSTodd

    3:58 Reminding military members of what THE LAW IS regarding legal vs illegal orders is NOT “sh*tty” in any way shape or form. This talking head doesn’t know what he is talking about, and RESTATING THE LAW is NOT “stirring things up.” If our government, Pete Kegsbreath and the monster-in-chief weren’t breaking international laws, there would be NO NEED for a REMINDER.
