The judge in Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez’s custody case reached a decision on Thursday morning, denying Olivier’s request for a domestic violence restraining order. However, the temporary custody arrangement regarding their 13-year-old son, Maceo, remains in place until a future hearing, meaning Olivier maintains primary custody and Halle’s visitation is restricted, including no overnight visits.
