I’ve been reaching out to your Support Team repeatedly, but I keep receiving the exact same automated macro replies without any real resolution.
I haven’t been able to play my favorite game for two years now because of this issue. Please, I genuinely need your help to get this looked into by an actual representative.

Alarms going off for no reason security NPCs appearing out of nowhere and ruining my entire plan while I’m in stealth mode; cameras spotting bodies from angles where they shouldn’t be visible at all; sirens suddenly blaring and ruining the whole heist while I’m literally deep in the sewers and haven’t even moved toward the exit where they might catch my scent… it’s a total mess. I’m honestly never playing this again, and I certainly won’t be buying any Shark Cards—a player who respects their own time plays the game rather than buying their way through it, especially since I’m already paying for GTA+ and a Game Pass subscription for multiplayer. The only thing you’re achieving, dear Rockstar, is driving players away or making them swear off these missions for good. THE MOST HATED HEIST ON THE WHOLE GAME .. NO ONE FROM THAT COMPANY RESPECT US NOBODY.
