I just wrote a comment on their actual website and said that if this was in Bumtuck, Arkansas, both parents would have been charged. He should have been charged with criminal negligence or involuntary manslaughter for having full knowledge that Lindsay stated months prior of her thoughts about harming their children. He heard her loud and clear every single time. He still left her with their children, on numerous occasions like going to New York not once but twice for 2 days? Going off with his so called work buddies? Give me a break. I also commented, a true story. My ex-husband was diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia and his psychiatrist called me on the phone telling me about his intrusive thoughts about hurting our children. First our kids, then me and our kids. He actually stated that he had thoughts about cutting us up with a butcher knife 🔪 Then she had the audacity to say, should I release him to you? I screamed, COME AGAIN?? ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME? F**K NO. KEEP HIM THERE, LOCK THE KEY, THEN THROW IT AWAY. You know, even with his medications, I still didn’t trust him. Some might say, well, he’s on his meds. You know what I say to that? I don’t care if he’s on his meds or not. No, F**king way in Hell would I allow him near my kids. I stand by that. Was he an ok guy on his meds? Yep, but I’m sorry I didn’t care, it was in the eighties, I remember back then that I asked the judge, to only allow him to see the kids was in a supervised setting. But, back then, if he was paying had child support then it was OK by Law? I ended up fighting with that judge so badly that he made me sit until the end of the day. Did he love his children? Of course he did. But, the important thing was he safe around the children? I had agreed with the judge under one condition. That I would allow my children to see him under the parental guidance of his mom and only then. A lot of people don’t realize that this sort of thing goes both ways, it could be a mentally ill mom or dad. Either way, I refused to allow him to be alone with my children. His children’s blood is just as much as on his hands the same as his wife. Nobody can tell me different.
