      They are delicious ~ I’ve made them several times! A bit difficult to get out of the pan though, if I remember correctly. So worth it.

    Being from Georgia, I love Vidalia onions. But I need to “Georgia-cize” Joanna’s pronunciation of “Vidalia” (named for the city and exclusive region where they are grown). The “a” is “long a”…as in “day”. NOT “dal” like in “gal”. Otherwise, love all Joanna’s videos!
